At The Closet Doctor, we believe in a seamless and personalized experience when it comes to creating your custom storage solution. Our process is designed to make the entire journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from your initial consultation to the final installation.
1. Schedule Appointment
Fill out our Consultation Request Form and we’ll contact you promptly to schedule your free in-home consultation. Appointments are available at 10 AM or 2 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, with evening slots available upon request to fit your schedule.
2. In-Home Consultation
One of our experienced designers will meet with you in your home for a 60–90 minute consultation. We ask that all decision makers be present to discuss your storage needs and preferences so we can create a solution that works for everyone involved.
3. Customize Design
At the end of your consultation, we’ll present a custom design tailored to your space and lifestyle. Your designer will walk you through the layout and features, ensuring it reflects your vision before finalizing the proposal and estimate.
4. Contract and Financing
We’ll provide the full contract and detailed estimate for your approval. Once the deposit is collected, we’ll also walk you through available financing options if needed—just let us know in advance so we can have those ready.
5. In-House Manufacturing
Your approved design will be sent to our in-house production team. All components are manufactured locally and customized specifically for your project. This process takes approximately 4–6 weeks, including production and installation scheduling.
6. Installation & Review
Your storage system will be installed by our professional team as scheduled. After installation, we’ll invite you to complete a brief survey through GuildQuality and leave a review on Google or Yelp to share your experience.
