This queen-sized wall bed, which retails for $2795, has the following features:

**Mattress is NOT included. We can offer you one for $250-$400 or you can use your own mattress. Limitations on mattresses: must be a regular spring-based mattress (not a memory foam, Tempurpedic, sleep number, etc), the mattress must be less than 12″ deep. The mattress MUST be at installation so that the bed’s spring mechanism can be adjusted.
